During our recent overnight stay at Der Steinerwirt, we found it to be a charming family-run establishment in a picturesque Austrian village. The rustic charm of the hotel might not scream luxury, but it is clean and spacious-perfect for families. Our double room comfortably accommodated my grown children, as the sofa converted into a bed. The restaurant was a highlight, with delectable options including a hearty schnitzel for dinner and a standout breakfast that exceeded expectations. We also enjoyed exploring the beautiful hiking routes around the Grafenberg, which were both accessible and engaging for the whole family. the convenient bus service to local ski areas made it easy for us to experience the winter sports available nearby. Der Steinerwirt provided an inviting atmosphere where families can truly feel at home amidst the stunning scenery.
